There have recently been changes to the boundaries of our local Gordon constituency.
Keith, Turriff, Fyvie, Newmill, Rothienorman and Cuminestown have now been included in the constituency and Bridge of Don, Alford, Kemnay, Dyce and Westhill have been excluded.
It has been said that the Liberal Democrats now have less chance of winning the new Gordon constituency as they have lost their areas of strongest support due to boundary changes.
It's is quite surprising that nearly half of the electorate who voted in the old Gordon seat no longer live in the constituency.
