If you don't like the default Times New Roman 10, or would like to customise
any of the settings... indents etc.... it is easily done.
Access your C drive \ System folder
If that is not visible on your desktop, then at the System screen go into the Menu and
select Preferences

tick the box for show "System" folder.
Now open the System folder, then the Apps folder, then
the Word folder.
Now create a new Word document called Normal.uk with all the default
settings you desire. I found it a good idea to leave a word typed in it.... otherwise the
font and point size tends to revert.
Close the document.
It will now appear in the Word folder

Now close the folders right back to the desktop. Next time you create a Word
document you should find that it has your chosen default settings.
If you have the Word file sitting there at the address
C:\Internal\System\Apps\Word
but it doesn't act as default properly, then you might have a US machine.... try changing
the name of the file to Normal.us
The way to check up on this is to access the Z Drive.
At the system screen press Ctrl+Tab. This will call up the Browse
window, and allow you to select the Z drive. You can then browse the ROM and find the
Apps\Word folder. Use the same name for your new default Word document.

Now any time you wish to change the default settings, just alter them in the document you
have created. Remember it will affect all your new Word documents, even those you add in
your Agenda or Data files.
